Leadership Development

I had the pleasure of engaging with CLT Training and Leadership Development, whilst looking to undertake some leadership training and team building for Senior Managers within our Environmental Services Department. During our engagement, following a short brief on the staff and their requirements, Michael, the principal consultant and course leader, quickly grasped what needed to be provided, and the training was tailored to our specific needs.
The training was delivered with enthusiasm that engaged the staff from the very first moment Michael entered the room until his last words of wisdom were delivered. Using a variety of techniques and the active participation of the candidates, he delivered the subject matter in ways that made it fun and engaging, and which also helped make the learning memorable.
Feedback from the staff was very complimentary about how they had been engrossed with Michael’s delivery style and deep knowledge during the training. They also felt they had learned things that they could implement as soon as they returned to the workplace. They were also extremely complimentary about Michael, as he even spent time with individual members of the team after the official training had concluded.
